4. Takedown Procedure

5. Repeat Infringers
MP3Diary reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. If we receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices regarding the same user, we may suspend or permanently delete their account.

6. Limitation of Liability
MP3Diary is not responsible for the content uploaded by users and does not have control over the infringing material until we are notified. We act as an intermediary and will respond promptly to any valid DMCA takedown notices.
